Turkish Property Contracts: What Should Really Worry Buyers?

Reading through my purchase agreement in Fethiye, I noticed some clauses that made me pause. There's this vague "force majeure" section that seems to let the developer off the hook for almost anything, and the penalty for late delivery is laughably small.
